Delivery Terms

Below are the delivery information for customers of the online shop. The client can choose between two basic types of delivery according to Incoterms (2021) conditions:

  1. EXW (Ex Works)
The Seller makes the product or goods available at the factory at Tyniecka Street 2, 52-407 Wrocław, Poland. The Seller is not responsible for loading the goods onto the vehicle provided by the Client, nor for export customs clearance; the Seller's obligation ends when the product or goods are made available for collection at the agreed time with the Client. The Client bears all costs and risks associated with collecting the product or goods from the Seller's location and delivering them to the destination. This includes:
    • Loading
    • Transport
    • Insurance
    • Export customs clearance
    • Any import duties or taxes
The Client may choose the option for the goods or product to be packaged by the Seller according to international shipment standards (packaging is additionally charged).
  2. DAP (Delivered at Place)
The Seller is responsible for all costs and risks associated with the delivery of the goods or product to the specified destination. This includes:
    • Export customs clearance
    • Transport
    • Insurance until the goods or product reach the agreed destination
Import customs clearance in this case is carried out by the Client. The Seller is not responsible for unloading the product or goods but must make them available to the Client at the destination.
Delivery Costs
Delivery costs for DAP delivery options are always payable by the Client. The net delivery costs for the Client, including packaging costs and any potential export customs clearance, are specified in the table below:

Delivery Costs Table Additional Charges Table

The Seller calculates and applies dimensional weight for bulky goods according to the regulations of the logistics service provider, which may result in a transportation cost different from the actual weight of the goods. The volume-to-weight ratio is determined by the logistics service provider's terms of service.

The Seller reserves the right to contact the Customer to confirm the shipping cost if the logistics service provider applies a higher shipping fee. In such a case, the Customer may accept and pay the increased shipping fee, or withdraw from the Sales Agreement and receive a full refund for the paid Order.

If import VAT is charged, the tax value is usually also calculated from the transport costs specified on the relevant invoice issued by the Seller to the Customer. The Seller is not responsible for the correct calculation and payment of taxes, duties, and similar charges related to the import, borne by the Customer as part of the import clearance.

Time of Delivery
Times of delivery depend on the logistics service provider and range from a few to several business days, depending on the current logistics situation, cargo dimensions, etc. The pickup time from the Seller's factory and the estimated delivery time are communicated via a separate email based on the information provided by the Client in the order. The Seller is not responsible for any delays caused by the carrier's actions or omissions.
Seller's Liability and Insurance
For deliveries under DAP terms (Incoterms 2021), the Seller applies cargo insurance covering any damage or destruction occurring during delivery. The condition for recognizing the relevant damage is a damage report prepared by the Customer at the time of receiving the shipment. In connection with the delivery, Section 5 of the Store Regulations applies.
